Creation of a smart city ecosystem for the city of Heraklion that includes: i) An IoT infrastructure with air and water quality sensor nodes and a network of smart parking sensors; ii) collection and management of open data from different data sources; and iii) visualization, monitoring and dissemination of collected data sets through a new web portal (https://smartcity.heraklion.gr/).
