Constantinos Karamanis holds a degree in Production & Management Engineering and Managing Construction Projects (MSc). Constantinos is working for Center for eHealth Applications and Services (CeHA) of FORTH, for Digital Health Transformation, in the context of the European Digital Innovation Hub, titled “smartHEALTH”. Constantinos has worked in various large EU collaborative networks. Of them indicatively, in the Innovation Relay Centres (2001-2008) and in the Enterprise Europe Network (2008 - 2023). He had various coordinating positions in those, as well as providing active support to numerous recipients concerning the promotion of innovation, international collaboration and advanced advisory. He was also the National Contact Point for several thematic areas for the EU Framework Programmes, including Energy (2007-2012) and Space (2015-2020).
