Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης της Πράξης «Changes of Brain Networks under Learning in Normal Aging and Alzheimer’s Disease» (neuron-AD)» με Κωδικό 4058 , που χρηματοδοτείται στο πλαίσιο της «2ης Προκήρυξης Ερευνητικών Έργων ΕΛ.ΙΔ.Ε.Κ. για την ενίσχυση Μελών ΔΕΠ και Ερευνητών/τριών», το Ινστιτούτο Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ) προτίθεται να απασχολήσει έναν/μία Data Engineer-Αναλυτής Δεδομένων με αντικείμενο : 1. Ανάλυση των δεδομένων του έργου και συμμετοχή στην συγγραφή των παραδοτέων του έργου και επιστημονικών άρθρων 2. Συστηματική συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας 3. Συμμετοχή σε εκδηλώσεις διάχυσης των αποτελεσμάτων του έργου 4. Παρουσιάσεις άρθρων (σχετικών εργασιών) στα πλαίσια των συναντήσεων της ομάδας.

The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the ProCAncer‐I project. [ICS-2017] Call for expression of interest for a position of a PhD Student for image processing with AI techniques in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)

The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the RadioVal project. We are looking for a PhD Student to be part of the team to be part of the team designing, implementing and testing a number of ΑΙ applications for improving Breast Cancer diagnosis and prognosis, by utilizing big data, data analytics and machine-learning models. The candidate will design and implement a tools for predicting respone to chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting. The predictive AI models will be based on both imaging and non imaging data.
