Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης της Πράξης «Changes of Brain Networks under Learning in Normal Aging and Alzheimer’s Disease» (neuron-AD)» με Κωδικό 4058 , που χρηματοδοτείται στο πλαίσιο της «2ης Προκήρυξης Ερευνητικών Έργων ΕΛ.ΙΔ.Ε.Κ. για την ενίσχυση Μελών ΔΕΠ και Ερευνητών/τριών», το Ινστιτούτο Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ) προτίθεται να απασχολήσει έναν/μία Data Engineer-Αναλυτής Δεδομένων με αντικείμενο : 1. Ανάλυση των δεδομένων του έργου και συμμετοχή στην συγγραφή των παραδοτέων του έργου και επιστημονικών άρθρων 2. Συστηματική συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας 3. Συμμετοχή σε εκδηλώσεις διάχυσης των αποτελεσμάτων του έργου 4. Παρουσιάσεις άρθρων (σχετικών εργασιών) στα πλαίσια των συναντήσεων της ομάδας.

[ICS-2012] Call for expression of interest for a position of a Software Engineer for biomedical machine learning techniques in ICS-FORTH

The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the ProCAncer-I project. We are looking for a Software engineer to be part of the team designing, implementing and testing a number of applications managing personal information of patients regarding Prostate Cancer diagnosis and prognosis, by utilizing big data, data analytics and machine-learning models.
