Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης της Πράξης «Computational Intelligence for Signal Sensing and Analysis- Υπολογιστική νοημοσύνη στην καταγραφή και ανάλυση σημάτων», Ακρωνύμιο: COMPASS και κωδικό «26302», που χρηματοδοτείται στο πλαίσιο της «3ης Προκήρυξης Ερευνητικών Έργων ΕΛ.ΙΔ.Ε.Κ. για την ενίσχυση Μελών ΔΕΠ και Ερευνητών/τριών», το Ινστιτούτο Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ) προτίθεται να απασχολήσει έναν Scientific personnel – Postgraduate student, με τον/την οποίο/α θα συνάψει σύμβαση εργασίας ορισμένου χρόνου με αντικείμενο : 1. Ανάλυση των δεδομένων του έργου και συμμετοχή στην συγγραφή των παραδοτέων του έργου και επιστημονικών άρθρων 2. Συστηματική συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας 3. Συμμετοχή σε εκδηλώσεις διάχυσης των αποτελεσμάτων του έργου 4. Παρουσιάσεις άρθρων (σχετικών εργασιών) στα πλαίσια των συναντήσεων της ομάδας.

[ICS-1590] Call for expression of interest for one (1) position of a Research Assistant in ICS-FORTH
The candidate will investigate and develop novel theoretical models of physics-driven machine learning algorithms for the analysis of Earth Observation time-series focusing on (i) the prediction of future observations based on historical data and (ii) the fusion of measurements from different modalities. The candidate is expected to employ modern libraries such as TensorFlow for realizing the developed methods in software. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to demonstrate the potential of the developed method of relevant datasets which may need to be compiled, including time-series of geophysical parameters like surface temperature and soil moisture.

[ICS-1586] Call for expression of interest for one (1) position of an Information Systems Expert in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the Panacea project. We are looking for an experienced postdoctoral researcher to be part of the team designing and implementing a system integrating the technological toolkits of the PANACEA project, namely a dynamic risk assessment & mitigation tool, a secure information sharing tool for the protection of data, a security-by-design & certification tool, and a tool for identification & authentication. The candidate will be also involved in performing dynamic analysis of cybersecurity frameworks in EU healthcare, as well as iris based biometric solutions.
