We are looking for an experienced developer to be part of the team designing and implementing a system integrating the final toolkits of the PANACEA project, namely a dynamic risk assessment & mitigation tool, a secure information sharing tool for the protection of data, a security-by-design & certification tool, and a tool for identification & authentication. The candidate will be mainly involved in the adaptation and integration of an iris based biometric solution as part of a cybersecurity framework implemented in the project.

[ICS-1727] Call for expression of interest for one (1) recent graduate position, with University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with physical presence at ICS-FORTH

We seek one (1) recent graduate member. The candidate will participate in the R&D activities of FORTH in the context of the project DEEP-SEA: “DEEP – SOFTWARE FOR EXASCALE ARCHITECTURES”. The EuroHPC Research & Innovation project DEEP-SEA starts in April 2021 and will last for 3 years. It aims at improving software support for highly heterogeneous systems, which combine different processing units and diverse memory technologies. DEEP-SEA adopts the modular supercomputing architecture (MSA), and considers heterogeneity and performance at both the node level and at the system cluster level. Composability, programmability, portability, malleability, and reliability are targeted with a comprehensive system software and programming environment, which combines traditional models (MPI, OpenMP, OmpSs, GASPI) with higher-level, hardware-agnostic approaches (NabLab, DaCe).
