During the period 2008-2021, the HCI Laboratory of ICS-FORTH was responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of a series of web portals of the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation – GSRI (formerly, General Secretariat for Research and Technology - GSRT):

• EEA grands (ΕΟΧ) web portal 
• National Council for Research, Technology and Innovation web portal

The above services, concluded in 2021, were offered pro bono publico throughout the 14-year period, in support of the research ecosystem of Greece. It is worth mentioning that the GSRT web portal was a pioneering example of a public sector web portal that was designed and implemented in full compliance with the W3C web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG), the first (exemplary) accessible public administration web portal in Greece.
