[ICS-2424] Call for expression of interest for one (1) position for a full time Master holder in Health related sector (Health Data Systems Developer)
The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated health information systems, ensuring seamless interoperability, data security, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (such as HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7). She/he will oversee data collection, processing, and management workflows, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance data accessibility and utilization. The developer will ensure the integrity and privacy of health data, analyze technical issues, propose optimization solutions, and support continuous improvement in system performance. The Health Data Systems Developer will also participate in testing, validation, and enhancement of applications, working closely with healthcare professionals to understand and meet both clinical and operational requirements. Individual tasks will include: • Designing, developing, and maintaining web-based eHealth applications and information systems • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives • Integrating advanced information technologies into healthcare processes through Information Systems and Biomedical Informatics • Supporting data analysis, medical registry development, and reporting functions • Ensuring compliance with data protection, interoperability, and healthcare data exchange standards

[ICS-2420] Call for expression of interest for one (1) project manager assistant in the NET4EXA project
We seek one (1) experienced project management administrator, with strong organization and time-management skills, to coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of research projects supported by national and European funding frameworks. The selected candidate will contribute to the execution of R&D activities at FORTH-ICS, in a fulltime (preferred) or part-time capacity, particularly in the context of the EuroHPC JU-funded project NET4EXA. The NET4EXA project aims to create an advanced interconnect, which will scale to hundreds of thousands of computing nodes and will support modern HPC systems that are designed for massive AI tasks, such as the training of Large Language Models. The interconnect forms the backbone of such systems, and their overall performance is intimately tied to the scalability of the network and its tight coupling with the high-end compute elements.
