[ICS-2023] Call for expression of interest for one (1) position, for a Research Associate for the development of NextGEM Innovation and Knowledge Web Platform in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS)- (FORTH)
We seek a highly motivated and experienced member to join our team with a background in the areas of website and visualization platform development. The selected candidate will participate in the Research and development activities of ICS-FORTH in the context of the Horizon Europe project “NextGEM: Next Generation Integrated Sensing and Analytical System for Monitoring and Assessing Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Field Exposure and Health”, funded under Horizon Europe, HORIZON-HLTH-2021-ENVHLTH-02-01-Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) and health.

[ICS-2022] Call for expression of interest for a position of a Software Engineer for anonymization for multi-parametric mpMRI DICOM images in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the ProCAncer-I project. We are looking for a Software engineer to be part of the team designing, implementing and testing a number of applications managing personal information of patients regarding Prostate Cancer diagnosis and prognosis, by utilizing big data, data analytics. The candidate will design and implement software solutions for managing heterogeneous and multi-scale personal health data including anonymization tools. The successful candidate will also be involved in activities related to the FAIRification of the Health Data (including imaging data) and of the models developed.

[ICS-2019] Call for expression of interest for a position of Software Engineer for the development of ΑΙ models in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the LETHE project. We are looking for a software engineer that will work in a multidisciplinary team to implement and test a number of algorithmic approaches for a) the development of an evidence‐based model for the prediction and prevention of cognitive decline, by utilizing big data, data analytics and machine learning methods and b) implementation of novel AI and ML algorithms to be utilised for analysing the target group daily living activities based on streaming data from wearable sensors.
