Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης της Πράξης «Changes of Brain Networks under Learning in Normal Aging and Alzheimer’s Disease» (neuron-AD)» με Κωδικό 4058 , που χρηματοδοτείται στο πλαίσιο της «2ης Προκήρυξης Ερευνητικών Έργων ΕΛ.ΙΔ.Ε.Κ. για την ενίσχυση Μελών ΔΕΠ και Ερευνητών/τριών», το Ινστιτούτο Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ) προτίθεται να απασχολήσει έναν/μία Data Engineer-Αναλυτής Δεδομένων με αντικείμενο : 1. Ανάλυση των δεδομένων του έργου και συμμετοχή στην συγγραφή των παραδοτέων του έργου και επιστημονικών άρθρων 2. Συστηματική συνεργασία με τα μέλη της ομάδας 3. Συμμετοχή σε εκδηλώσεις διάχυσης των αποτελεσμάτων του έργου 4. Παρουσιάσεις άρθρων (σχετικών εργασιών) στα πλαίσια των συναντήσεων της ομάδας.

[ICS-1197] Δύο (2) θέσεις έκτακτου προσωπικού με υποτροφία μεταπτυχιακού συνεργάτη στο ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ

Α. Υλοποίηση αλγορίθμων εύρεσης φυσικής επιλογής από γενετικά δεδομένα με την μέθοδο της μέγιστης πιθανοφάνειας. Β. Βελτιστοποίηση αλγορίθμων για εύρεση φυσικής επιλογής, με στόχο την εκτέλεση τους σε ολόκληρα γονιδιώματα χιλιάδων δειγμάτων. Γ. Τεχνικές εύρεσης πιθανοφάνειας μέσω προσομοιώσεων, ώστε να παρακαμφθεί η δυσκολία εύρεσης μαθηματικού τύπου που να περιγράφει την πιθανοφάνεια των μοντέλων. Δ. Σύγκριση με άλλες μεθόδους Ε. Εκτίμηση αποτελεσμάτων με προσομοιώσεις και πραγματικά δεδομένα.
