Συγκεκριμένα, συμμετοχή στην δημιουργία ολοκληρωμένης πλατφόρμας (software/hardware) για την ταξινόμηση της φρεσκότητας ψαριών μέσω την εφαρμογής εκπαιδευμένων αρχιτεκτονικών βαθιάς μάθησης (inference) σε υπερφασματικής εικόνες, καθώς και της αλληλεπίδρασης της πλατφόρμας με το σύστημα αποθετηρίου. Συμμετοχή σε δράσης δημοσιότητας ΠΕ3.
