Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης νέων αναπτυξιακών έργων πληροφορικής που έχει αναλάβει το Κέντρο Εφαρμογών και Υπηρεσιών Ηλεκτρονικής Υγείας του Ινστιτούτου Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας), το Ινστιτούτο Πληροφορικής του Ιδρύματος Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας (ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ) προτίθεται να απασχολήσει έκτακτο προσωπικό, μέσω σύναψης σύμβασης εργασίας ιδιωτικού δικαίου ορισμένου χρόνου πλήρους απασχόλησης, και προσκαλεί φυσικά πρόσωπα να εκδηλώσουν το ενδιαφέρον τους για την ανάληψη των σχετικών έργων, σύμφωνα με τους όρους που αναφέρονται στη συνέχεια της παρούσας πρόσκλησης. Το αντικείμενο του έργου του προσωπικού που θα απασχοληθεί στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας Πρόσκλησης παρατίθεται παρακάτω. Έχει την ευθύνη για την μελέτη, ανάπτυξη και τεκμηρίωση του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας και Περιβαλλοντικής Διαχείρισης του Κέντρου Εφαρμογών και Υπηρεσιών Ηλεκτρονικής Υγείας καθώς και την ευθύνη για τα έγγραφα τεκμηρίωσης του Συστήματος Ποιότητας). • Αποτελεί τον εκπρόσωπο του Κέντρου σε θέματα ποιότητας στις σχέσεις της με τρίτους π.χ. πελάτες, σύμβουλοι, Φορείς Πιστοποίησης, Φορείς Διαπίστευσης κτλ. • Εποπτεύει την εφαρμογή του συστήματος σε όλα τα τμήματα, παρακολουθεί την απόδοσή τους και αναφέρεται σχετικά στον Επικεφαλής του Κέντρου προτείνοντας βελτιώσεις. • Συντονίζει και λαμβάνει μέρος στις επιθεωρήσεις, εποπτεύει και συντονίζει την υλοποίηση διορθωτικών ενεργειών, συμμετέχει στην αξιολόγηση και ανασκόπηση του συστήματος ποιότητας. • Καταγράφει και παρακολουθεί τα παράπονα των πελατών, επεξεργάζεται και συλλέγει ερωτηματολόγια ικανοποίησης πελατών. • Έχει την ευθύνη για την συντήρηση και καταγραφή του Μητρώου Εργαζομένων. • Οργανώνει και διαχειρίζεται το σύστημα καταγραφής προσόντων/ πτυχίων/ πιστοποιήσεων του προσωπικού και αξιολογεί τις ανάγκες για την παρακολούθηση νέων προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης ανά εργαζόμενο. Υλοποιεί τις διαδικασίες αξιολόγησης του προσωπικού, εξασφαλίζοντας την παρακολούθηση τις περιοχές βελτίωσης. • Σχεδιάζει και υλοποιεί τις δράσεις επιμόρφωσης και εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού. • Διεκπεραιώνει τις απαιτούμενες ενέργειες για την διασφάλιση ενός ομαλού εργασιακού κλίματος.

We seek one (1) experienced project management administrator, with strong organization and time-management skills, to coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of research projects supported by national and European funding frameworks. The selected candidate will contribute to the organization of R&D activities at FORTH-ICS, in a fulltime (preferred) or part-time capacity, particularly in the context of the EuroHPC JU-funded project NET4EXA. The NET4EXA project aims to create an advanced interconnect, which will scale to hundreds of thousands of computing nodes and will support modern HPC systems that are designed for massive AI tasks, such as the training of Large Language Models. The interconnect forms the backbone of such systems, and their overall performance is intimately tied to the scalability of the network and its tight coupling with the high-end compute elements.

We seek two experienced members – Hardware Design and Test engineers ‐for our team, one full time and one part‐time, with background in European Research Projects. The candidates will participate in the R&D activities of FORTH in the context of the project ECOSCALE: Energyefficient Heterogeneous COmputing at exaSCALE. In order to reach exascale performance current HPC servers need to be improved. Simple scaling is not a feasible solution due to the increasing utility costs and power consumption limitations. Apart from improvements in implementation technology, what is needed is to refine the HPC application development as well as the architecture of the future HPC systems. ECOSCALE tackles this challenge by proposing a scalable programming environment and hardware architecture tailored. The full time Engineer will work on system bring up and testing in the context of developing the ECOSCALE testbed. The part time Engineer will perform Integration and Evaluation (performance, power) of the ECOSCALE testbed.

[ICS-1179] Engineer/Data Scientist

We seek a member for our team with a background in machine learning and/or statistical analysis. The candidate will participate in the R&D activities led by Prof Maria Papadopouli in the Telecommunications and Networks Lab of the Institute of Computer Science at FORTH. One of these activities, funded by a Comcast Innovation Fund, focuses on the analysis of youtube sessions and modeling the perceived quality of experience in the context of video streaming. The candidate should be also available to be involved in other research activities (e.g., personalized health-care and brain network analysis). Prior experience in machine learning, data science, and statistical analysis is an important aspect for the project. Previous research experience is a plus.
