abget is a non cooperative tool that estimates the end-to-end available
bandwidth from any web server to your computer.
It estimates a variation range of the avail-bw in the path over
a time period that can be defined by the user through the tool's
parameters.
abget can estimate the avail-bw for both downstream (server to our client)
and upstream (our client to server) paths.
