RATIO - RATIO CONSULTA SpA

RATIO CONSULTA SpA is an IT-Company based in Milano, active since1986. Its current turnover (1998) was approximately 7 Millions Euro with a staff of 60 persons most of them engineers and technicians.

The mission of the Company is to design, develop and market systems for advanced telecommunications applications, to provide services for the management of advanced telecom systems, to market and support the "AD-HOC" market information system, and the "INTELLIWARE" customisable voice recognition system.

The Company is organised in the following corporate divisions:

TEKNA

This division deals with Research & Development of value added TLC products and services such as:

• Call Centres, IVR, ACT, ICT
• Mobile & Virtual office
• UNICO Personal Number
• FAX BACK, FAX on Demand
• Systems for promotional prepaid CARDS
• Advanced INTERNET APPLICATIONS (e-mail, e-commerce, etc.)
• Design of multimedia networks (Fibre optics, Copper wire, Wireless, Satellite)
• Voice & Data over frame relay and IP

Direct Plus

This division provides services in the following areas:

• Telemarketing, either by human operator or by fax, inbound and outbound.
• Voice applications (either automatic or Human), such as Telesurveys, Telecouponing, Telecotexts, Advertising, generated order taking.
• Toll Free number managemen
• Fax on demand and fax back management
• Call Centre management

GREEEN LINE Products selling

This division deals with:

• Selling computer and telecommunication equipment and office consumable via telemarketing and Internet,
• Management of complete selling process: Product sourcing, Warehousing, Marketing, Invoicing, Customer services.

The customer base of RATIO CONSULTA, at a national and international level, includes very well know Organisations such as TELECOM ITALIA, IL SOLE 24 ORE, SDA BOCCONI, FERRERO, ANSALDO ENERGIA, BRITISH TELECOM, PFAFF, WELSH DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ADRIATICA DANNI, ABB ROBOTICA, BOSCH, ITALGAS, STOCK TURISANDA BOFROST and OMNITEL.

RATIO CONSULTA has also relevant cooperations with the Italian Public Administration for the development of projects of public interest. Two important ongoing initiatives are:
