Please note that the hotel will accept reservations at the special ERCIM meetings rates, only when you identify yourself as a participant of "ERCIM meetings". This 5-star hotel is located in Hersonissos, a beach resort approximately 24 Km east from Heraklion International Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis".

The rates are valid for all the participants for the duration of the event as well as for any additional days, before and / or after it.

You are kindly requested to make your reservations directly with the hotel. The hotel accepts reservations via phone, fax or Internet. Please use only one method of submitting your reservation; otherwise it may result in multiple reservations.
