The research interests of Xenophon Zabulis fall in the field of computer vision and in particular in the following areas: stereo & multiple-view vision, 3D reconstruction of static & dynamic scenes, content-based retrieval of visual information, computational issues in human visual perception, camera networks, as well as tele-immersion and applications of computer vision in Ambient Intelligence.
