Irini Genitsaridi completed B.Sc. (2009) and M.Sc. (2011) in Computer Science at University of Crete. She is currently a Technical Staff member at Computational Medicine Laboratory (CML) of Institute of Computer Science at Foundation of Research & Technology-Hellas (FORTH). She has worked as an Educational Teacher in the public Technical Vocational School of Heraklion (2011) at Crete and as a Teaching Assistant for sereval courses at the Computer Science Department at University of Crete (2009-2011).
Her current research and programming activities involve electronic health record systems. She has solid programming experience in programming technologies such as JAVA (JPA, JSP, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Java Cryptography), SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), XML (XPATH, XSD, XQuery), Web technologies (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS), C++, C, Prolog
