Prof. Vassilis S. Moustakis is a Professor in the Department of Production and Management Engineering, Technical University of Crete and affiliated with the Bio-Informatics Laboratory.

Short CV

Vassilis Moustakis is a Professor of Management at the Technical University of Crete. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering School of the University of Patras (1978) and received his Master in Engineering Management in 1980 and the Doctor of Science in Engineering in 1984 from the George Washington University, USA.

He has extensive experience in R&D project management and in the last 25 years has managed numerous projects in his areas of expertise, funded by the European Commission or the Greek Secretariat for Research and Technology. He has published numerous articles in Scientific Journals and Conference Proceedings and has contributed to the organization of international conferences and workshops.
